Brad Reynolds, Vietnam 1967-68
 Company M
Third Battalion, Fifth Marines
1st Marine Division

On June 15, 1968, Brad stepped on a mine during Operation MAMELUKE THRUST.  One minute he was preparing for battle, the next he was back in the States in a body cast in  Bremerton Naval Hospital. For 30 years, he never knew what happened to the  Marines of Mike 3/5 after he was gone.

In September 1998, we started searching the Internet and found many 3/5 Marines, and Marines from other outfits who participated in the same area of  operations. We also found that the bonds of brotherhood forged during combat are just as strong today as it was for them in Vietnam.

On this site, you will hear combat experiences and reunion stories that will touch your heart, along with some very special tributes to brothers-in-arms. As you read their memoirs, and view their pictures, please say a few kind words in your heart for these warriors, and for their friends who did not return.

Walk gently on this sacred ground,
her wounds are not yet healed...
